If it’s a match, we’ll send payment details and get started customizing your kit. Most brand kits are complete within two weeks of ordering.

Each kit is sold a maximum of five times. During our inquiry process, we make sure it hasn’t been sold to a competitor in your area. We customize every kit with your business name, details, and an alternate color palette if requested, so your brand still feels uniquely yours.

Yes! Each kit includes customizations for your business name and details, as well as the option to request an alternate color palette.

You’ll receive editable Canva files for all kit elements (accessible with a free Canva account), plus .EPS files so you can edit them in Illustrator if needed.

Minor revisions (such as text edits or color tweaks) are included during the customization process. Additional design changes beyond the included edits can be quoted separately.

Absolutely. If you need extra templates, a landing page, business cards, or other design assets, let us know. Add-ons are quoted individually and may extend your delivery timeline.

Yes. Once your kit is delivered and paid for in full, you have full rights to use it for your business marketing and materials. However, design elements may not be resold, redistributed, or used for another business.
